This page was created in 1997, when I worked for Oracle UK. I've since done
so much more and moved on from the corporate world.

I am a Tamilian, with music tastes varying from Pure South Indian Classical 
(Carnatic) to R & B, Reggae, Soul, World music & a touch of Jazz 
lately ;-) I am also a journalist of sorts!

I generally interview and mingle with Asian Artistes and Producers, 
people like Rishi Rich, Raghav, Jay Sean, Juggy D, Nithin Sawhney, 
Bally Sagoo, Outlandish...and many more. Also veterans like Apache Indian who
was my very first interviewee.

Carnatic Musicians, who I've met and written about, are Nithyashree Mahadevan, 
Sudha Ragunathan, TN Seshagopalan, Balamurali Krishna, Bombay Jayashree, 
Sowmya, N.Ramani, Kadri Gopalnath e.t.c

Three musicians from South India who I respect very much are AR Rahman, 
Ilayaraja Sir & A.Sivamani - pure talent, total inspirations! 
Another few; Shankar Mahadevan ? he has a cool voice and is a great guy,
Smooth voiced Unnikrishnan, Honey toned Hariharan, 
not to mention other talents like Srini, Devan and Blaaze.

I have worked for companies such as Hilton Group, Credit Suisse, 
Oracle UK, Business Objects, Dresdner Bank, O2 and Pepsi Cola all on the 
IT/Marketing side.

My main pursuit is the entertainment freelance work I do, 
freelancing various topics from music to film to food. 
I have covered and interviewed many an artiste, like Nitin Sawhney, 
Bally Sagoo, Apache Indian, 
Raghav, Outlandish, Jay Sean , Kray Twinz 
and many more. I have also written a column called "Asian Connection", 
for Gargamel Magazine. I'm always thankful to God for being the free bird I am and 
it is so soul satisfying!
